FINANCE COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES

I. Board Meeting Called to Order
- M. Roubitchek called the meeting to order at 5:55 p.m. Trustee Rodd Whelpley, Director A. Byers and Business Manger E. Beeman were also present. Guest David Leggins from Graham and Hyde Inc. was also present.
II. Recognition of Visitors / Public Comments
There were no members of the public present.

A. Other – There was no other business discussed.
IV. New Business
A. Exterior Improvements Architectural Services
- Members of the committee discussed the proposal given to the Library by David Leggins from Graham and Hyde. Questions were raised regarding the cost projections, level of communication provided, and timeline to start the water inflation project construction.
