M. Roubitchek called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. Trustee Rodd Whelpley, Director A. Byers, and Business Manager E. Beeman were also present.

Members of the committee discussed the revised agreement provided by Graham and Hyde and also discussed the next steps in the construction and financing process.
