- M. Roubitchek called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. Trustee Rodd Whelpley, Director A. Byers, and Business Manager E. Beeman were also present.

A. Exterior Improvements Architectural Services
- Members of the committee discussed the revised agreement provided by Graham and Hyde and also discussed the next steps in the construction and financing process.
